This policy is set as standard for effective food safety management system in Zulal Wellness Resort.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure all employees understand the scope of food safety management in system in Zulal Wellness Resort.

4.1 Zulal Wellness Resort recognizes the importance of operating an effective policy to protect the food safety of food in all areas and to allow all operating department to comply with local food laws and to demonstrate due diligence and has taken the highest precautions to achieve "Safe Food Preparation" through:
4.1.1 Its commitment to the implementation of food safety policy and the same is communicated down the line to all the personnel, through FSSC 22000 Food Safety policy which is displayed at the receiving area and in the food areas, appropriate training sessions, thereby ensuring that it is understood.
4.1.2 Ensuring that once a year, regular review takes place to determine whether the FSSC 22000 Food Safety Policy and especially the objectives of Zulal Wellness Resort are still appropriate in conjunction with United Nations Sustainable Goals.
4.1.3 Ensuring that all the precautions are taken to accomplish "Safe Food Preparation and System" in strict compliance with "FSSC 22000 Food Safety Regulations", Chiva-Som International Health Resort Standard and Qatar local authority's standards.
4.1.4 Ensuring that all precautions are taken to avoid any type of food contamination (microbiological, physical, allergenic, and chemical).
4.1.5 Continuous monitoring of personal hygiene, competency test and strict sanitary practices to ensure food safety.
4.1.6 The provision of high-quality raw materials, product specification for use of all food preparation.
4.1.7 Providing potable water that is used for all preparation and cleaning activities.
4.1.8 The design and construction of the kitchen an food service areas to prevent contamination.
